Liberal Definition is owned by Joe Clark (Facebook) and Tiffany Willis Clark (Facebook), two Texas liberals.

What size should I order?

Most of Liberal Definition's apparel products are made to fit (fitted). If you would normally wear a "medium" as a fitted garment, but like for your t-shirts to be loose and comfy, order a large.

What printing process does Liberal Definition use?

Liberal Definition offers two types of made-to-order garments: the dye-sublimation print and the standard print. Each print requires a different treatment so the length of production time may range from 5 to 7 business days from the time the order was placed. Due to the nature of dye-sublimation printing, production may sometimes be delayed.

Does Liberal Definition accept returns?

We don't want you to return your product(s) unless it's a large order or a pricier item like leggings or hoodies. If it's just a t-shirt, we're going to simply send you a new one and let you keep the old one. Yes, we're really that easy to work with!

It is very important that you read the description of each item before you place your order.

Most of our apparel products are made to fit (fitted). If you would normally wear a "medium" as a fitted garment, but like for your t-shirts to be loose and comfy, order a large.

It is also of equal importance that you provide us with your correct information before you finalize your order, including the correct address.

Can I  change my order before it is printed?

Yes, but you have to get in touch with us quickly because we ship quickly.

Refunds

Liberal Definition gives refunds as store credits only. You can read our return policy for more information. 

Cancellations

Please place your order carefully. You must contact our support within 24 hours should you wish to cancel your order. We will try to intercept the order before it goes into production. 

Shipping

We ship FREE in the U.S. For other countries, we charge a $10.99 flat shipping rate.

We use the standard shipping method of 3-5 business days from the day the item was released from production. Please see our detailed shipping guide for more information.

I got the wrong shirt. How are you going to fix this?

If it's a t-shirt, we'll send you a new one and you can keep the other one. For pricier items, we'll ask that you return it to us.

I made an order 3 days ago and since it hasn’t been shipped yet, I'd like to cancel it.

Please know that all our shirts are made-to-order. Orders are sent to production within 24 hours from the time your they are placed. Please bear in mind that production time may take 5-7 business days but delays may occur during holidays.

The current turnaround time for production is 2-3 business days plus 3 business days for shipping.

I received the shipping notification but I still haven't received my order.
